I'm going to focus on his run on the Uncanny X-Men. He had a memorable run with Marvel's Merry Bunch of Mutants together with writer Chris Claremont and inkers Dan Green, All Williamson, Bob Wiacek, P. Craig Russell and Steve Leialoha just to name a few.
I'm going to share a few of the covers Jr.Jr drew over the years.
If you're a fan of Jr. Jr, I hope you'll enjoy this little walk down Memory Lane.
We begin with the cover to The Uncanny X-Men # 176.
John Romita Jr provided both the pencil and inks for this cover.
The Uncanny X-Men # 177 with pencils and inks by John Romita Jr.
The cover to The Uncanny X-Men # 179 by John Romita Jr and Dan Green. Featuring the Morlocks. This cover always looked a little weird to me.
Kitty Pryde almost got hitched.
Another beautiful John Romita Jr and Dan Green cover.
Young dragons in love. Kitty Pryde's pet dragon Lockheed falls in love.
The cover to The Uncanny X-Men # 183 by John Romita Jr and Dan Green. In this issue, we meet Selene, a vampire! She had a cameo in the last issue. We also had a look at Charles Xavier's new costume.
Another great cover by John Romita Jr and Dan Green. Rogue: Public Enemy! Another great issue by Chris Claremont together with Jr. Jr and Dan Green. Remember the neutralizer created by Forge.. .Well let's just say that weapon was used in this issue. You gotta read this issue as well.
Well, that's a look at the covers by John Romita Jr and Dan Green. Hope you enjoyed this walk down Memory Lane and looking at those covers. I love them, just wish I had all of them.
